[摘 要] 目的：探讨神经外科患者在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的特点。方法：34例患者根据神经外科病人特点，按PICC穿刺方法进行穿刺，分析穿刺过程中问题产生的原因及采取相应措施。结果：34例患者中，有2例因外周静脉条件差，从颈内静脉置入此导管；3例因导管异位，经调整后进入上腔静脉。其余患者穿刺均顺利到达上腔静脉。

    [Abstract] Objective： to study the nerve surgery in the patients with peripheral vein into the characteristics of central venous catheter. Methods： 34 patients according to the characteristics of neurosurgery patients, according to the PICC puncture method of puncture, analysis in the process of penetration of the causes of and take corresponding measures. Results： 34 cases of patients, 2 cases of peripheral vein condition is poor, from internal jugular vein into the duct; 3 cases of catheter heterotopia, the adjusted into the superior vena cava. The rest of the patients are well to puncture the vena cava.
