[摘 要] 目的：分析体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析经ESWL治疗的625例泌尿系结石患者的临床资料。结果：487例泌尿系结石患者的结石在2个月内排尽，78例6个月内排尽，32例未排尽，28例无效，无效的患者在最后一次ESWL治疗后1个月行开放性手术。结论：ESWL是治疗泌尿系结石的首选方法，安全且有效，容易被患者接受，但是需要注意病例的选择。

    [Abstract] Objective： To analysis the clinic curative effect of ESWL in treatment of urinary calculus. Methods ： Clinical data of 625 cases with urinary calculus treated by ESWL were analyzed.
