[摘 要] 目的：探讨急腹症超声诊断的价值。方法对60例急腹症患者进行回顾性分析。结果56例急腹症患者超声诊断与临床符合，符合率为93%，与手术病理符合率为94%。4例误诊，误诊率0.7%。结论超声对妇产科急腹症有较高的诊断价值。超声检查方便易行、无创伤、重要性高，及时检查可为临床提供有价值的信息。

    [Abstract] Objective :to explore the value of ultrasound diagnosis acute abdominal pain. Methods the patients with acute abdominal pain in 60 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results patients with acute abdominal pain 56 cases of ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical meet, was 93%, and surgical pathology was 94%. 4 cases were misdiagnosed, the misdiagnosis rate was 0.7%. Conclusion ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdominal pain obstetrics and gynecology have higher value. Ultrasound examination of the convenient and easy, no wound, high importance, in time for the clinical examination can provide valuable information.
