[摘 要] 目的：验证洛美沙星注射液对细菌性感染性疾病的疗效及安全性。方法：选用氧氟沙星作对照。结果：洛美沙星注射液和氧氟沙星注射液对敏感菌株引起的尿路、肠道感染的细菌清除力分别为86.9%、79.3%有效率分别为89.5%、82.6%两组患者不良反应发生率分别为12%和13%无明显差异。结论：洛美沙星注射液是一种新型、广谱、高效、安全的抗菌药物。

    [Abstract] Objectiv：e verifing the effect and security of lomefloxacin injection of bacterial infeetion disease. Methods choosing gatifloxacin injection as comparison. Results The bacterial eradication rates of lomefloxacin injection and gatifloxacin injection on urinary tract,intestinal infection caused by sensitive bacteria were respectively: 86.9%,79.8%,the effective rates were respectively:89.5%,82.6%.The incidence rates of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were respectively: 12%and13%,no significant difference. Conclusion Lomefloxacin,injection is a new type,broad-spectrum,efficient and safe anti-bacterial drug. ......
