摘 要：目的：采用柱层析——分光光度法测定6批广藿香叶中总黄酮的含量。方法：以芦丁作参照物，在室温25℃下，510nm处测定广藿香叶中总黄酮的吸光度。结果：该方法在线性10.1～50.5μg/mL范围内，r=0.9996，平均回收率为97.2%～98.3%；RSD≤2.0%。结论：该方法测定广藿香叶中总黄酮，方法简便，灵敏度和准确度高。
