硒与丹参酮IIA磺酸钠对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤血浆NO SOD GSH-Px MDA的影响(1)
摘 要:目的:观察硒与丹参酮IIA磺酸钠合用对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤血浆NO、SOD、GSH-Px、MDA的影响。方法:将26只家兔随机分成4组,即假手术组、缺血再灌注组、丹参酮IIA磺酸钠组(DS-201)、硒+DS-201组。分别检测血浆中SOD、GSH-Px活力和NO、CK、LDH、MDA含量。结果:DS-201组、硒+DS-201组与缺血再灌注组相比,血浆CK、LDH和MDA含量均显著降低(P1,ZHANG Zhong-lin2,MA Yue-jiao2,LI Yi2,SONG Tian-yi2

Abstract:Objective:To study the Influences of Selenium and Sodium Tanshinone IIA on NO,CK,LDH content and SOD,GSH-Px activity in plasma of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods:Twenty-six rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,namely non-operation group,ischemia reperfusion group (IRI),Sodium Tanshinone IIA group(DS-201),Selenium and DS-201group.The blood was collected at 60 min reperfusion for determination of NO,CK,LDH content and SOD,GSH-Px activity . Results:In DS-201group and Selenium and DS-201group plasma LDH,CK and MDA content were significantly lower than group IRI(P[1]。并且丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液用于冠心病心肌缺血治疗,获得了肯定疗效[2]。微量元素硒构成谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPH-Px)活性中心,对减少H2O2及其与超氧阴离子(O-2)反应生成脂质过氧化启动剂方面具有重要作用,阻止了自由基对细胞和膜系统的损伤。硒也是研究热点之一。
硒与丹参对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制的研究至今未见国内外报道。本研究将探讨硒与丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制,期望为提高丹参制剂的疗效,为具有自主知识产权的富硒丹参中药材[3]的系列方剂开发提供理论基础。, 百拇医药(王 卉 张中林 马越娇 李 屹 宋天义)
