桂枝茯苓汤加减治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察

摘 要：目的：观察桂枝茯苓汤治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法：选择200例患者进行临床观察，其中观察组100例，辨证施治口服桂枝茯苓汤加减，对照组为100例，口服大黄虫丸。结果：两组药物在缩小瘤体上均有疗效，桂枝茯苓汤在止血止痛作用上效果优于大黄虫丸。结论：桂枝茯苓汤在缩小瘤体及止血止痛作用方面效果均显著，是综合疗效满意的药物。
