穿心莲内酯的药理活性作用(1)
摘 要：穿心莲内酯为爵床科植物穿心莲中提取得到的二萜内酯类化合物，分子式为C20H30O5，是中药穿心莲的主要有效成分之一。现代药理研究表明穿心莲内酯具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、免疫调节、治疗心脑血管疾病、保肝利胆等作用，并有毒性低、价格便宜的特点。最近研究报道穿心莲内酯对食道癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌和白血病等具有较好的抗肿瘤作用，有望成为一种新的抗癌药物。关键词：穿心莲内酯；药理活性；作用

Abstract： Andrographolide, a bicyclic diterpenoid lactone (C20H30O5), is one of principal components isolated from the traditional Chinese herb Andrographis paniculata. It was reported that Andrigrapholide exhibited a wide spectrum of biological activities including antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatoprotective, and immunomodulatory properties with low-cost and less side effects. its anticancer activities in esophageal carcinoma, prostatic adenocarcinoma, colon carcinoma and leukaemia has been reported, and Andrographolide has the potential for being developed as a cancer therapeutic agent. ......
