固精丹对小鼠免疫机能的影响(1)
摘 要：目的：研究固精丹对小鼠免疫机能的影响，探讨固精丹治疗肾小球肾炎低免疫学机制。方法：采用碳粒廓清实验、迟发型变态反应实验、IgM抗体生成实验，分别检测固精丹对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。结果：固精丹对小鼠的炭粒廓清实验和迟发型变态反应无明显影响；对IgM抗体的产生有明显的促进作用。结论：固精丹能明显提高小鼠的体液免疫功能。关键词：固精丹；小鼠；免疫功能

Effect of Gujingdan on Immune Function of Mouse

Abstract：Objective：To research the effect of Gujingdan ( GJD) on immune function of mouse to approach immunologic mechanism of Gujingdan which cure glomerular nephritis. Methods:Clearance of iv charcoal particle, the delayed type hypersensitivity and measure the content of IgM are used to detect the effect of GJD on on immunity function of mouse. Results: Gujingdan have not the effect on Clearance of iv charcoal particle and the delayed type hypersensitivity and it promote to produce IgM markedly .Conclusion: Gujingdan possess the function of elevating the humoral immunity.
