针刺配合推拿治疗紧张型头痛疗效观察(1)
摘 要：目的：观察针刺配合推拿治疗紧张型头痛的疗效，并与复方羊角胶囊对照。方法：将96例紧张型头痛的患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组，治疗组49例，给与针刺配合推拿治疗；对照组47例，给予复方羊角胶囊每次5粒，每天3次口服；两组疗程均为28天。以治疗前后头痛指数为指标，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率95.9%，对照组总有效率72.3%。结论：针刺配合推拿治疗紧张型头痛疗效确切，无副作用。关键词：针刺；推拿；紧张型头痛

Therapeutic Observation of Method of Acupuncture and Massage to Treat Tehsion-type Hendache

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the treatment efficacy on the patients suffering from the tension-type headache with the method of acupuncture and massage compared with the compound Yanggakdo capsule. Methods:96 cases of patients with the tension-type headache were randomly divided into two groups in the attendance order. The 49 cases of patients of the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and massage and 47 cases of the control group took orally 5 capsules of the compound Yanggakdo Capsule three times daily for 28 days. The therapeutic efficacy was observed according to the headache index of before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 95.9%, and the control group is 72.3%. Conclusion: Acupuncture and Massage therapy is effective for the patients with the tension-type headache and has no side effects. ......
