    Abstract：Puerile chronic persisting diarrhea is a kind of common disease. It's etiological factor is complicated and it′s disease incidence is very high. Accordingly, advances in the research of puerile chronic persisting diarrhea in recent years are summarized in etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis and the advancement of treatment.
