红花注射液对内毒素性急性肝损伤大鼠的BaxBcl-2表达及其比值的影响(3)
综上所述,该实验于6h内即成功复制了内毒素性急性肝损伤大鼠模型。红花注射液可明显保护LPS/D-GalN诱导的肝组织细胞损伤,此作用可能与Bax/Bcl-2比值降低,从而抑制肝组织细胞的过度凋亡有关。它为防治所致危重症急性肝衰竭提供了新思路,并为临床应用红花注射液防治急性肝损伤提供了部分理论依据和实验基础。
