摘 要:目的:研究唇形科鼠尾草属植物紫背鼠尾草的抗炎镇痛等药理活性。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、鸡蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀、醋酸致小鼠扭体和热刺激小鼠等4种药理模型对紫背鼠尾草乙醇总提取物进行抗炎镇痛的研究。结果:在抗炎药理模型中,实验结果显示紫背鼠尾草乙醇总提取物在200mg/kg时具有显著的抗炎作用;在镇痛药理模型中,实验结果表明,紫背鼠尾草乙醇总提取物在剂量200～400mg/kg时具有较明显的镇痛作用,在100mg/kg时作用不太明显,显示出镇痛作用随剂量的增加而增强。结论:紫背鼠尾草乙醇总提取物抗炎镇痛作用显著,说明了紫背鼠尾草具有抗炎镇痛的功效,为该植物进一步的开发利用提供药效学资料。

A Study on the Anti-inflammation and Analgesic
Effects of Salvia Cavaleriei Levl.var. Erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib

Abstract:Objective: To study the the anti-inflammation and analgesic effects of Salvia cavaleriei Levl.var. erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib.Methods: Through four pharmacological models: xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, egg white-induced toe swelling in rats, acetic acid-induced writhing in mice and thermal stimulation in mice, the study on the anti-inflammation and analgesic effects of Salvia cavaleriei Levl.var. erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib were carried on. Results: In the anti-inflammatory pharmacological model, the experimental results showed that when the total ethanol extract was 200 mg/kg, it had a significant anti-inflammatory effect; In analgesic pharmacological model, the experimental results showed that when the total ethanol extract was 200-400 mg/kg, it had a significant analgesic effect, showing that the analgesic effect increased with the dose of the total ethanol extract. Conclusion: Salvia cavaleriei Levl.var. erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib has significantly anti-inflammation and analgesic efficacy.

鼠尾草属植物隶属于唇形科(Labiatae),全世界约有1000多种,占全科植物总数的20%,主要分布于热带和温带[1] 。根据它们的形态特征,分为Sclarea、Salvia、Leonia、Calosphace 4个亚属。美洲分布的大多为Calosphace亚属,而欧洲和亚洲分布的几乎均为Sclarea和Salvia亚属[2] 。我国鼠尾草植物品种,据《中国药物志》记载有83种,25变种,9变型,其中药用30余种(含变种,变型),其中代表药物为丹参,其他大多数鼠尾草植物以根入药作丹参用[3],作为民间草药一直在世界范围内广为栽培和研究,其具有多方面的生物活性,如抗炎镇痛、抗氧化、抗辐射、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、护肝等[5] ......
