麻杏石甘汤对A型流感病毒感染小鼠IL-2\IL-4蛋白表达水平的影响(1)

摘 要:目的:观察麻杏石甘汤对A型流感病毒感染小鼠IL-2、IL-4蛋白表达水平的影响。方法:采用鼻腔接种法建立A型流感病毒小鼠肺适应株动物感染模型。实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、抗病毒颗粒组、利巴韦林组和麻杏石甘汤(MSXGD)临床等效剂量组、2倍临床等效剂量组。经灌胃给药或给生理盐水7天后,用ELISA法检测小鼠血清中IL-2、IL-4的含量水平,用免疫组织化学法定位与半定量检测小鼠肺组织中IL-2、IL-4的蛋白表达水平。结果:流感病毒感染小鼠后,IL-2、IL-4的血清含量水平和肺组织蛋白表达水平降低,与正常对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。MXSGD临床等效剂量组、2倍临床等效剂量组小鼠IL-2、IL-4的血清含量水平和肺组织蛋白表达水平升高,与模型对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤通过调节一些IL-2、IL-4的蛋白表达水平,对机体抗感染免疫发挥一定调节作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe effects of Maxing Shigan Decoction(MXSGD) on the protein levels of IL-2 and IL-4 of mice infected by A-type influenza virus in their serum and lung tissue. Methods: The mice model of pulmonary is established by nasal inoculating A-type influenza virus, Set up normal control group, model control group, Anti-virus particle group, ribavirin group, MXSGD clinical equivalent dose group, two times clinical equivalent dose group. After gavaging drug or normal saline, To detect the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in serum and lung tissue. Result: The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in serum and lung tissue for mice infected by A-type influenza virus reduced, compared with the normal control group, significant difference (P<0.01). The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 increased in MXSGD clinical equivalent dose group and two times clinical equivalent dose group, compared with the model control group, significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: By affecting the expression of IL-2 and IL-4 in the body, MXSGD play a certain anti-infective immune regulatory role.
