摘 要：目的：基于现代文献，进行冠心病辨证分类。方法：回顾近10年冠心病中医现代文献，收集冠心病症状和体征，聚类分析结合因子分析进行冠心病中医辨证分类。结果:多元统计分析得出痰阻心脉、心血瘀阻、心肾阴虚、寒凝心脉、心气亏虚为冠心病文献证。结论：多元统计分析在冠心病辨证分类定量研究具有一定应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: Basing on the study of modern literature, we classify the Syndromes of CHD.Methods: Review modern literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) of CHD in recent decades, and collect the signs and symptoms of CHD. Use cluster analysis and factor analysis to classify the syndromes of CHD. Results: Multivariate statistical analysis conclude that literature syndromes of CHD are divided into five ways:Stagnation of phlegm in the vessel of Heart, Stagnation of Heart-blood, Deficiency of Heart and Kidney Yin, Stagnation of cold in heart-blood, and Deficiency of Heart Qi.Conclusion: Multivariate statistical analysis has a certain value in quantitative classification of syndromes of CHD.
