粗针治疗血管性痴呆ADL-R评价(1)

摘 要：目的：观察粗针治疗血管性痴呆的疗效。方法：运用粗针从身柱穴沿督脉向下平刺，治疗血管性痴呆并与口服吡拉西坦组对照，并运用日常生活能力量表(ADL-R)评分评价。结果：与治疗前评分组内比较，粗针组在治疗30天、60天及180天回访时，均有统计学意义：对照组在治疗30天时无统计学意义，治疗60天及180天回访时有统计学意义。组间比较，在治疗30天、60天及180天回访时组间评分比较均有统计学意义。说明粗针和吡拉西坦治疗均有效，粗针治疗优于吡拉西坦。结论：粗针可明显改善血管性痴呆的日常生活能力量表评分，具有积极的治疗血管性痴呆的作用。

Abstract:Objective：Observate the efficacy of Vascular Dementia Treating by thick needles.Methods：Treating Vascular Dementia with horizontal prick from Shenzhu point along Du channel by thick needles，compared with taking Piracetam Tablets，and commented through the scole of ADL-R.Results：Comparing to the pre.threatment，there was statistical significance when the thick needles group was treated for 30d、60d and visited on the 1 80th day，while there was no statistical significance when treated for 30d but statistical significance for 60d and visited on the 180th day in the control group；Comparing between the 2 groups，there were statistically significant differences when treated for 30d、60d and visited on the 180th day.It showed that both the thick needles therapy and taking Piracetam Tablets are effective in treating Vascular Dementia ......
