巨刺远端穴配合颈部运动治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床对照研究(1)

摘 要：目的：观察巨刺远端穴结合颈部活动与局部取穴治疗CSA疗效差异性，提倡针灸临床辩证配穴和运用针刺手法。方法：CSA病患者111例按就诊的先后顺序按数字随机表随机分为对照组(54)和治疗组(57)，在治疗前后采用CSA症状与功能评分，6个月疗效比较。结果：两种方法治疗CSA的近期疗效没有差异(P>0.05)，远期疗效有差异(P<0.05)；两组治疗前后VA、BA的Vm比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论：巨刺远端穴结合颈部活动治疗CSA疗效优于局部取穴治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective: The study intend to investigate more effective therapy on cervical spondylosis of arterialtype. Method: This study has treated 111 cases of cervical spondylosis of arterialtype.It is divided into two groups by randomization: treatment group(TG)(57 cases) and control group(CG)(54 cases). Curative effect is surveyed after treatment 20 days and 6 months.Result:Treatment group is as good as control group in currently efficacy (P>0.05),but TG is better than CG in the prostecdtive efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion: Great acupuncture on distal end acupoint in combination with neck movement has more advantages of effect on CSA than conventional Acupuncture.
