解毒活血法对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后P-选择素及HSP60的表达的影响(1)

摘 要：目的：观察解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合症患者PCI术后P-选择素及HSP60的表达的影响。方法：将50例急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，每组25例，对照组25例予常规西药治疗，治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加予活血解毒中药治疗，检测治疗前后血清中P-选择素及HSP60的表达水平。结果：治疗组P-选择素及HSP60表达水平均较对照组显著降低，P<0.05。结论：解毒活血中药能明显降低急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后血清P-选择素及HSP60的表达水平，表明解毒活血中药能抑制PCI术后炎性反应，对于急性冠脉综合症的治疗和预后显示出一定价值。

Abstract:Objective:to observe detoxification decoction on patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI P-selectin and the expression of HSP60.Methods:50 patients with acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n25, control group 25 patients treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group patients in the control group added to the blood on the basis of Chinese medicine detoxification treatment, testing before and after treatment in serum P-selectin and HSP60 expression.Results:Treatment group, P-selectin and HSP60 expression levels were significantly lower than control group, P<0.05.Conclusion:Chinese medicine can decrease blood detoxification with acute coronary syndrome after PCI in patients with serum P-selectin and HSP60 expression levels, indicating that the medicine can inhibit the detoxification of blood inflammatory reaction after PCI for the treatment of acute coronary syndrome and prognosis display a certain value.
