摘 要:目的: 探讨抗毒扶正1、2号方提取液对SRS病毒细胞增殖的抑制作用,为艾滋病临床治疗提供实验依据。方法: 将抗毒扶正1、2号方提取液倍比稀释若干浓度,加入SRS细胞体系。以[3H]-TdR掺入法和RT-PCR法观测抗毒扶正1、2号方提取液对SRS细胞增殖的影响。结果: 抗毒扶正1、2号方提取液组cpm值均较阴性对照组有所降低,SRSmRNA表达较阴性对照组有所降低。结论:抗毒扶正1、2号方提取液均有抑制SRS病毒细胞增殖的作用,且随药物浓度的升高,抑制作用也逐渐增强。提示抗毒扶正1、2号方对SRS病毒细胞具杀伤作用,对艾滋病临床治疗中药抗毒扶正方的筛选具实用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To approach the effect of Antitoxic and Fuzheng 1,2 recipe extracts on SRS cell's proliferation ,which is in order to provide scientific base for TCM screening in Clinical treatment of AIDS. Methods:Antitoxic and Fuzheng 1,2 recipe extracts are diluted into different concentrations and added into the SRS virus cell. The SRS cell's proliferated suppression ratio are detected by [3H]-TdR incorporation method, and SRS virus's mRNA express are determined by RT-PCR method. Results:The cpm value and the SRS virus's mRNA express in antitoxic and Fuzheng 1,2 recipe extracts are lower than the natural control group. Conclusions:Antitoxic and Fuzheng 1,2 recipe extracts both have the inhibiting effect on the SRS virus cell's proliferation.With the raise up of drug concentration,the inhibiting effect are raise up too.
