    摘 要：查阅近年国内京大戟研究文献，对其药材基原、化学成分、药理药效、历史沿革、临床应用等方面进行分析整理，尤其对京大戟的化学成分、炮制方法做了较为详细的总结，通过对书籍和文献的系统归纳，得出了较为明确的结论，为今后京大戟的规范化研究提供理论依据。
