醒脑静注射液对高血氨大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响(1)

摘 要:目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对高血氨大鼠空间学习记忆功能的影响。方法:清洁级雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组:A组 (正常对照组,n10),B组(高血氨模型组,n10),C组(醒脑静治疗组,n10),Morris水迷宫观察动物空间学习记忆的变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,高血氨模型组及醒脑静治疗组大鼠血氨水平明显升高;但与高血氨模型组相比,醒脑静治疗组大鼠寻找障台的平均逃避潜伏期、游泳总距离均缩短。结论:醒脑静一定程度上改善了高血氨大鼠空间学习记忆能力。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate Effect of Xingnaojing injection on spatial learning-and-Memory ability in rats with Higher level Blood ammonia. Methods:Thirty clean-grade SD (Sprague Dawley) male rats was divided into three groups randomly: A group (normal control, n10) andB group (Higher level Blood ammonia model, n10)and C group (treated by Xingnaojing injection, n10).Then the rats were observed on variation of spatial learning-and-Memory through Morris water maze.Results:Compared with rats of normal control group, the ones in two other groups had higer level blood ammonia obviously; And compared with rats of Higher level Blood ammonia model groop, the ones treated by Xingnaojing show evidently improved performance of the test. Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection could improve spatial learning-and-Memory ability in rats with Higher level Blood ammonia.
