清热化痰法防治肺癌根治术后肺不张的临床研究(1)

摘 要：目的：观察中医清热化痰法防治肺癌根治术后肺不张的临床疗效。方法：选择本院住院患者80例，随机分为治疗组40例与对照组40例，两组均予常规治疗，治疗组用中药清热化痰汤剂口服；对照组用盐酸氨溴索口服。比较两组临床疗效(患者症状、体征)、血液检查及影像检查。结果：在降低肺不张发生率方面二者无明显差异；而在降低白细胞计数，减轻炎症方面，治疗组亦优于对照组；结论：中医清热化痰法防治肺叶切除术后肺不张有着较好疗效。

Abstract:Objective: This research was designed to observe the clinical effects of pulmonary atelectasis caused by lung cancer operation by using the eliminating phlegm by cooling treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment(TCM).Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two group:the treatment group and the control group, the two groups were given same treatment，The experimental group were given traditional Chinese decoction and the control group were given ambroxol tablet 30mg bid po.we observed：Clinical symptom: cough, phlegm quantity, expectoration degree, phlegm nature change;②sign: body temperature, breathing rate, pulse, blood pressure, rales;③Laboratory inspection: white blood count;④Sternum:pulmonary atelectasis or not.Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups of the total effectiveness. however，there were significance difference between the the two groups in white blood cell counting of the 3th day、 5th day、7th day postop treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:This result indicates that using invigorating spleen to remove phlegm of TCM is very useful to prevent pulmonary atelectasis.
