中医药治疗性早熟配伍用药规律分析

摘 要：目的：通过文献分析,初步总结中医辨证治疗性早熟的配伍用药规律。方法：检索1979- 2007年中医辨证治疗性早熟相关文献,提取证候类型、辨证用药等信息,建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果：性早熟辨证以阴虚火旺型最多见，治疗以滋阴降火为主,常与温里药、理气药、活血药和养阴药组合配伍；复方的使用以知柏地黄丸为主。结论：辨证治疗性早熟用药有一定的规律可循,多在主方、主药的基础上，综合考虑本证型病机特点，适当配伍其他类药物或使其兼顾病机更加广泛，充分体现了中医治病从整体出发,重视辨证论治的思想。

Abstract:Objective:The literature review, a preliminary summary of TCM treatment of drug laws of the compatibility of precocious puberty. Methods:Search 1979-2007 Chinese Medicine Differential Diagnosis and Treatment of precocious puberty related literature, extraction syndromes, Diagnosis and Prescription and other information, the establishment of a database And statistical analysis.Results:The Yin Huo-wang precocious differentiation to the most common type of treatment to Yin Jiang Huo-based, often with the temperature in medicine, qi drugs, medicines and nourishing yin and blood compatibility of drug combinations; compound mainly used to Zhibai Dihuang Wan.Conclusion:Differential Treatment of precocious puberty have certain rules to follow medication, more than in the main square, the main drugs on the basis, considering the characteristics of the pathogenesis of this syndrome, due to compatibility of other drugs or both pathogenesis of more extensive, fully embodies the Starting from the whole of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, attention to diagnosis and treatment ideas.
