摘 要:目的:通过正交试验优选黄芩提取物工艺。 方法:以煎煮次数、煎煮时间、用水量为参考因素,以黄芩苷的产量为指标,采用正交试验选择优良的提取方案;用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:煎煮次数、煎煮时间、用水量影响黄芩苷的提取,其中用水量影响最大,时间的影响次之,煎煮次数影响最小,所提取的黄芩苷用HPLC法测定含量达到85%以上。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,为从黄芩中提取黄芩苷提供参考。

Study on the Extraction Process of Baicalin in Scutellaria Baicalensis

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction of baicalin by orthogonal experiment. Methods: boiling number, boiling time, water consumption for the reference element to the output of baicalin used as index to extract orthogonal selection of quality programs; the determination of baicalin content by the HPLC.Results:The number of decoction, boiling time of water affect the extraction of baicalin, which water the greatest impact, the time of the second, boiling time, the least, the extraction of baicalin purified using HPLC determination of content reached more than 85%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and to extract from Scutellaria baicalin reference.

黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)是唇形科植物,主产于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、河北、河南、山东、四川、云南、山西、陕西、甘肃、内蒙等地。黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎的功效,主要用于湿热所致的湿温、黄疸、泻痢、热淋、痛肿疮毒等,还用于肺热咳嗽、胎动不安以及内热亢盛、迫血妄行所致的吐血、咳血、衄血、便血、血崩等症[1] ......
