黄芪葛根汤结合怡开治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效的观察(1)

摘 要：目的：观察黄芪葛根汤结合怡开早期糖尿病肾病血液流变性、24h尿蛋白排泄率、肾功能的影响。方法：将确诊为早期糖尿病肾病(Ⅲ期)患者40例随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例，两组均予降糖、降脂、降压等综合治疗，治疗组加用黄芪葛根汤，加怡开口服， 3周为1疗程。结果：治疗组治疗前后血液流变性、24h尿蛋白排泄率等各项指标均有显著差异。结论：在综合治疗的基础上加用黄芪葛根汤结合怡开治疗早期糖尿病肾病，可有效减轻患者血液高凝状态，较大程度地减少了尿蛋白的排出，较好的延缓了糖尿病肾病的发生。

Abstract:Objective: Observe the combination of astragalus puerarin soup open blood rheology, early diabetic nephropathy 24h urine albumin excretion rate, renal function. Methods: Be in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy (40 cases Ⅲ) patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group were 20 patients to sugar, lipid-lowering, step-down treatment, etc in treatment group, plus overfly astragalus puerarin soup open for 3 weeks, one oral treatment. Results: Before and after the treatment of blood rheology in treatment group and 24h urine albumin excretion rate index significantly. Conclusion: On the basis of comprehensive treatment combined with the opening of astragalus pueraria soup early diabetic nephropathy, can effectively reduce blood clotting, high status greatly reduce the discharge of urine protein, better postpone the diabetes nephrosis.
