“致气”钩玄(1)
摘 要:《灵枢·九针十二原》中多次出现了“致气”二字,其已成为规范的名词术语。“致气”本义为,针刺不利时导致经气凝滞不散或者经气与外来邪气聚结不通。但在《黄帝内经》、《黄帝内经太素》、《类经》等古代医籍中笔者发现,“致气”蕴含着更多深刻的含义。“致气”可以温脉和血,通过留针、浅刺、按之、补法均可“致气”,致气的部位是“神气游行出入”之所,可以通过脉象的变化来体察“致气”。关键词:致气;规范术语;针刺理论

Discussion on Leading qi

Abstract:Leading qi appeared several times in the passage of nine needles and twelve sources in the Miraculous Pivot, which became a normative term.The original meaning of leading qi is channel-qi stagnates or coagulates with pathogenic factor at the course of acupuncture mistreatment. However, the author argues that the normative term of leading qi has a more profound implication in some ancient Chinese medical literatures, such as the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, the Comprehensive Notes to Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic and Classified Canon. The function of leading qi are warming meridians and regulating blood. The methods to leading qi are retaining needles, puncturing superficially, pressing points and reinforcing methods of needle. The location of leading qi is the place of spiritual qi's migration. And leading qi is perceived by feeling pulse. ......
