腹部穴位针刺对CIA大鼠模型血液流变学的影响(1)

摘 要：目的：观察腹部穴位针刺对胶原诱导性关节炎(Collagen-induced Arthritis，CIA)大鼠模型的治疗作用及血液流变学方面的作用机制。方法：用牛Ⅱ型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型，待造模成功后取腹部中脘、下脘、气海、关元四穴进行针刺治疗，1次/天，周期21天。于治疗前1天、治疗后第7、第14、第21天测定大鼠足趾容积、关节炎指数，治疗结束后取外周血测定血液流变学指标。结果：腹部穴位针刺组足趾容积、关节炎指数、血液黏度、红细胞聚集指数水平较模型组均有明显降低(P<0.05)；血液黏度与足趾容积呈正相关。结论：腹部穴位针刺对CIA大鼠模型有治疗作用，可减轻关节肿胀度，改善关节功能；其作用机制可能是通过调节红细胞的聚集、改善血液高粘状态来控制大鼠关节炎病情。

Abstract:Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of abdomen acupoints acupuncture on collagen II induced arthritis(CIA)rats and to probe the mechanism from hemorhelology. Methods: we used the bovine typeⅡcollagen to induce arthritis model in rats. After CIA rats model was induced successfully, we collected zhong-wan(RN12), xia-wan(RN10), Qi-hai(RN6), Guanyuan(RN4),4 acupoints in abdomen to puncture one time everyday ,totally 21 days. The volume of voix pedis, the arthritis index, was recorded in every week. The level of hemorhelology were detected after treatment. Results: Compared with model group, all indexs decreased significantly in abdominal acupuncture group .Linear correlation analysis demonstrated：the volume of voix pedis showed positive correlation with hemorhelology. Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture is effective on CIA rats. It maybe plays the therapeutic role through improvement in the hemorheology. It also was demonstrated that the blood viscotity can make the arthritis sydromes more serious.
