产地\采收季节对猕猴桃根药材中多糖含量的影响(1)

摘 要:目的:比较不同产地与采收季节猕猴桃根中多糖的含量; 方法:采用水提醇沉法制备猕猴桃根多糖,以半乳糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸显色法,测定不同产地与采收季节猕猴桃根的多糖含量; 结果:选定检测波长为487nm,标准曲线为Y0.0101X+0.0163,r0.999,显色时间、精密度、稳定性、重现性考察的RSD均符合要求,平均加样回收率为102.4%,RSD为1.51%,不同产地的猕猴桃根中多糖的含量有较大差异,以安徽冬季和福建冬季出产的猕猴桃根多糖含量最高; 结论:建立的猕猴桃根多糖含量测定方法可行,不同产地猕猴桃根中多糖含量差异很大,采收期以冬季为宜。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the contents of polysaccharide in the Root of Actinidia chinensis planch from different producing area and collecting time.Methods:The polysaccharide of the root of Actinidia chinensis planch was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. Galactose was used as reference substance.Determine the content of the polysaccharide of the root of Actinidia chinensis planch in different collecting time and producing area by the phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results:Chose the wavelength at 487nm to measure.Standard curve result Y0.0101X+0.0163,r0.999,RSD of displaying time,accuration,stability and repeatability is up to the mustard.Average retrieve rate is 102.4% and the RSD is 1.51% The content of different producing area is different,Among them Anhui and Fujian province’s contents are the highest at winter.Conclusion:Method by the article was feasible.Contents of the polysaccharide of the root of Actinidia chinensis from different producing area exist great difference and Winter is the nice collecting time.
