中医药对辅助治疗中重度牙周炎的比较研究(1)

摘 要：目的：探索中医药对重度顽固性牙周炎治疗的辅助作用。 方法：将40例经过牙周基础治疗及激光辅助治疗后口腔内仍存在4个以上≥5mm牙周袋的中重度顽固性牙周炎患者随机分为两组(每组各20例)。治疗组由专业中医师对全身情况作出诊断分型，胃火上炎型8例,肾气虚损型12例，中药配方调理。期间每两个月复诊进行牙周基础维护治疗；对照组仅两个月一次维护治疗。对照基础检查和半年后的牙周袋(PD)恢复情况(以PD≤3 mm为标准)以及探诊出血(BOP)情况(转阴性为标准)。采用SPSS11.0统计分析软件包秩和检验。 结果：中西医治疗组PD恢复优于对照组(P<0.05)，组内分型，两组PD差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)；中西医治疗组BOP恢复率为32.2%，对照组为19.8%，两组差别有统计学意义(P>0.05)，其中胃火上炎组BOP恢复率优于肾气亏损组(P<0.05)。结论：中医药对中重度牙周炎具有较好的辅助治疗作用，胃火上炎患者经中医药调理对牙龈出血效果佳。

Comparatively study for the effect of Chinese medicine for moderate or severe periodontitis

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine for moderate or severe periodontitis. Methods: 40 patients who have qualified with more than 4 sites of periodontal pocket depth (PD ≥5mm in ≥2 quadrants) were selected after baseline SRP and Laser treatment and divided randomly into two groups.One group patients were dignosed by one doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and given Chinese medicine(8 cases in Stomach fire group and 12 cases in kidney weak group),another group were not.All the patiants come back for perio examination and maintenance treatment every two months. Observe and evaluate the PD recoveration(from≥5 mm to ≤3 mm) and the BOP. Results: The PD recoveration of Chines drug treatment group was 29.3%,much better than another group(P<0.001),but there is no different in the treatment group(P>0.05).The BOP effect of treatment group was also better than the control group (P<0.05)and the effect of stomach group is better than the kidney group(P<0.001).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine has a good supplementary effect for moderate or severe periodontitis,and the effect is much better for BOP.
