中药浴足联合甲钴胺\丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变50例疗效观察(1)

摘 要：目的：观察中药浴足联合甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法：将99例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组，在常规饮食、运动和降糖药物治疗基础上，治疗组用中药足浴治疗仪浴足，联合甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗；对照组用甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗。治疗三周后，比较治疗组和对照组评分结果，用spss12.0统计软件进行统计结果分析。结果：治疗组临床疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组，两组间有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论：中药足浴治疗仪浴足联合甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效，且优于单纯静脉用药治疗。

Effect of the Lavipeditum of Traditional Chinese Drug Combined with
Mecobalamin for Injectionand Danhong Injection in Treating Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract:Objective:Study on the therapeutic effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the lavipeditum of traditional Chinese drug,Mecobalamin for Injection and Danhong injection.Method:99 DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(50 cases) and the control group(49 cases).The control group were treated with Mecobalamin for Injection 0.5mg and Danhong injection 20mL solved intravenously in NS 250mL intravenously one time every day.The treatment group were treated with the lavipeditum of traditional Chinese drug prostaglandin one time every day、Mecobalamin for Injection 0.5mg and Danhong injection 20mL solved intravenously in NS 250mL intravenously one time every day. Each course lasted for three weeks.Observe and record the changes of rational symptoms,signs and electromyo- graphy.Result:It had a significant difference in both groups between the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.01). The treatment group had an advantage over the control group in improving rational symptoms,signs and electromyography.Conclusion:the lavipeditum of traditional Chinese drug，Mecobalamin for Injection and Danhong injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy had distinct effect compared with Intravenous drug therapy only. It was safe and effective.
