中医临床路径管理及质控模式探讨(1)

     摘要：目的：探索中医临床路径管理的规律，完善质控模式。方法：初步构建个案管理者、项目组、医院三级质控模式，采取终末质控与过程质控相结合，强调过程质控。结果：过程质控优于终末质控，多级质控优于单一质控。结论：科学完善的指控模式更加有利于中医临床路径的实施与管理。

    Abstract:Objective：TCM clinical route managment was explored in order to integrity quality control model. Methods: The three-grade quality control model including individual case administer, project team and hospital was primarily established. The ending control and course control were combined and the latter one was emphasized. Results: Course control was better than ending control and multi-stage control was better than single control. Conclusion: Integrated control model can be more helpful to carry on and manage TCM clinical route. ......
