运动区久留针对局灶性脑缺血大鼠血管生成素-1表达的影响(1)

     摘 要:目的:观察运动区久留针对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠脑组织中血管生成素-1(Ang-1)表达的影响。方法:随机选取66只Wistar雄性大鼠采用改良线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,43只大鼠复制成功模型后随机分为假手术组(14只)、模型组(14只)、久留针组(14只)、短留针组(15只),并设假手术组(14只)进行对照研究,采用改良线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,选取大鼠运动区进行针刺留针治疗,久留针组留针10h,短留针组留针30min,每天1次,治疗2周,模型组及假手术组不作针刺治疗。对各组大鼠的神经功能进行评分,并用免疫组化法检测血管生成素(Ang-1)的表达。结果:与模型组比较,久留针组的Zealonga评分及平衡木行走试验评分减少(P < 0.05),Ang-1表达升高(P<0.05)。结论:运动区久留针能改善局灶性脑缺血大鼠的运动功能,促进梗塞区Ang-1的表达。

    Effect of Long Time Retention of Needle on Angiogenin-1 Expression of Motor-area in Brain Tissue of Rat with Focal Cerebral Ischemia

    Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of long time return needle on motor area on angiogenin-1 in the brain tissue of the rat after focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods: 66 Male Wistar rats were used to prepare the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model by filment occlusion. After the model had been made, 43 rats were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation group,Model group (n=14), Long time return needle group(n=14), Short time return needle group(n=15). Sham Operation Group (n=14) was arranged at the same time. A Wistar rat model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion was made by filament occlusion. Motor area was selected as the treatment point. Long-return Needle group was returned the needle for 10 hours and shortShort-return needle group for 30 minute per day for 2 weeks. No special treatment was used on the rats of the other groups. The neurological scores were observed before and after treatment. Angiopoietin- 1 was detected with by immunohistochemical method. Result: After 2 weeks, the neurological scores of long-return needle group were higher compared with model group(P<0.05) . Angiopoietin- 1 was up- regulated in long time return needle group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Long time return needle on motor area can improve the movement function of the rat after focal brain ischemia, which may be associated with the up- regulation of Angiopoietin-1 ......
