中药熏蒸在治疗大鼠佐剂性关节炎中TH1/TH2的变化(1)

摘 要：目的：检测大鼠血液中炎性细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α，以阐明中药熏蒸对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的疗效机理。方法：建立大鼠AA模型，将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、蒸馏水熏蒸组、低浓度中药熏蒸组、高浓度中药熏蒸组、西药组。正常组与模型组大鼠不治疗，蒸馏水熏蒸组、低浓度中药熏蒸组、高浓度中药熏蒸组大鼠分别蒸馏水、低浓度中药熏蒸、高浓度中药熏蒸，西药组采用扶他林喷雾剂治疗，隔天测一次各组大鼠体重及双后肢足肿。一疗程(10天)后，比较各组大鼠血清中细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α的含量变化。结果：中药熏蒸可上调大鼠血清中细胞因子IL-4、IL-10水平，下降IFN-γ、TNF-α水平，且存在一定的量效关系。结论：中药熏蒸疗法的抗炎作用与调节TH1/TH2平衡有关。

Changes of TH1/TH2 in Rats with Adjuvant Arthritis Treated by Herb Fumigation

Abstract:Objective:To test the cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IFN -γ, TNF-α in serum of the rat.It will help to clarify the anti-inflammatory mechanism of the herb fumigation and steaming therapy.Methods:Establish the AA model in rats,then randomizedly divide into the normal group,the model group,the distilled water group,the low concentration of herb fumigation and steaming therapy group,the high concentration of herb fumigation and steaming therapy group and the western medicine group.The rats of the normal group and the model group had no treatment; the distilled water group, the low concentration of herb fumigation and steaming therapy group,the high concentration of herb fumigation and steaming therapy group were treated with distilled water, low concentration of herb fumigation and steaming and high concentration of herb fumigation and steaming respectively,the western medicine group were treated with Votalin spray.Measure the rats' weight and the two swelling posterior limbs every other day.After one course(10 days),compare the chages of cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IFN -γ, TNF-α in serum.Results:Herb fumigation and steaming therapy can reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IFN-γ in rat serum, and increase anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4, IL-10,and reduce the IFN-γ + TNF-α/IL -4 + IL-10 ratio,and the effect is depend on the concentration of the herb.Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory mechanism of the herb fumigation and steaming therapy in the treatment of adjuvant arthritis in rats is related to the adjuction of TH1/TH2 ......
