补气解毒滋阴方治疗皮肌炎临床疗效及对血清瘦素的影响(1)

摘 要：目的：研究补气解毒滋阴方治疗皮肌炎临床疗效及作用机理。探讨中医治疗对缩短多发性肌炎(PM)和皮肌炎(DM)的病程，减轻激素治疗的不良反应，及彻底摆脱药物治疗的积极性。方法：将60例PM /DM患者随机分为两组，对照组30例用西药常规治疗，治疗组30例在对照组的基础上加用补气解毒滋阴方治疗，另选30名健康者作为健康组。治疗前后分别测定健康组和两组PM /DM患者血清瘦素含量；并观察治疗组和对照组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组相对于对照组病情稳定时间短，治疗的不良反应小，复发率低，最终完全撤去激素的人数多，各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。PM /DM患者血清瘦素水平较健康组显著增高(P<0.01)，但PM /DM病情活动期与稳定期血清瘦素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：补气解毒滋阴方治疗PM/DM，可以减轻病症和激素治疗的不良反应，降低血清酶，提高机体免疫力，有效地减轻患者对于激素的依赖性，减少病情复发率，缩短病程，最终减停激素。

Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Buqi Jiedu Ziyin Formula and Effects on Serum Leptin in Patients of Dermatomyositis

Abstract:Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effects and mechanism of Buqi Jiedu Ziyin Formula in patients of dermatomyositis. The discussion of Chinese medicine treatment to reduce polymyositis (PM) and dermatomyositis (DM) the course, reduce the hormone treatment the side effect was made, in order to get rid of the pharmacological treatment thoroughly the enthusiasm. Methods: Divide into two groups stochastically 60 example PM /DM patient, the control group had 30 examples with the western medicine convention treatment, the treatment group had 30 examples based on control group's foundation with Buqi Jiedu Ziyin Formula treatment, in addition elect 30 healthy persons to take the healthy group. Around the treatment determine the healthy group and two group PM /DM patient serum leptin content separately. And observe the treatment group and control group's clinical curative effect.
