益胃生津汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究(1)

摘 要：目的：探讨益胃生津汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年6月-2010年6月我院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者70例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予自拟益胃生津汤并随症加减治疗。两组均以60天为1个疗程，2个疗程后评价疗效。结果：两组治疗后痞满、纳差、嗳气、嘈杂的症状评分均较治疗前有明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且观察组改善显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率(94.2%)明显高于对照组(74.29%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组幽门螺杆菌转阴率(66.67%)明显高于对照组(35.71%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组均未出现不良反应。结论：益胃生津汤能明显逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理状态，使胃黏膜萎缩性炎症减轻或消失，并能较好地抑制幽门螺杆菌，且无不良反应，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research of Yiwei Shengjin Decoction Treating Chronic atrophic gastritis

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiwei Shengjin Decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: A total of 70 cases patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into the observation groups and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, the observation group on the basis were given Yiwei Shengjin Decoction and the decotion can add and subtract with the disease. 60 days as a course of treatment in two groups, clinical efficacy were evaluated after two courses. Results: After treatment, the fullness, anorexia, belching, noisy symptom score of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the total efficiency of observation group (94.2%) was significantly higher than that of control group(74.29%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Negative rate of Helicobacter pylori in observation group (66.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(35.71%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); there were no adverse reactions appeared in two groups. Conclusion: Yiwei Shengjin Decoction can significantly reverse the pathological state of chronic atrophic gastritis, reduce or disappear the gastric mucosal atrophic inflammation, and can better inhibit Helicobacter pylori, and has no adverse reactions.It is safe, reliable and worth of clinical application ......
