慢性再生障碍性贫血中医认识及优势进展(1)
摘要：慢性再生障碍性贫血是治疗较为棘手的血液病，病程长，容易反复/加重，严重影响患者生活质量。近年来，中医药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效优势得到了进一步的论证，理论体系得到进一步充实。就目前中医对慢性再生障碍性贫血发病认识、优势特点及现代研究进展进行了综述，并对今后的研究方向做了展望，认为有必要深入临床研究，提高循证级别。关键词：慢性再生障碍性贫血；中医药；疗效优势

Abstract:Chronic aplastic anemia (CAA), an intractable hematologic disease, with long pathogenesis, easy to relapse and aggravate, influences patients' quality of life severely. In recent years, the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on the treatment of CAA have been well clarified and its theory system has been enriched as well. This review is mainly on representing the pathogenesis, advantages and research progression of TCM on CAA. More and more clinical researches are needed to improve the evidence of the superiority of TCM on the treatment of CAA. ......
