补肾化痰中药对多囊卵巢综合征内分泌环境的影响(1)

摘要：目的：探讨补肾活血、化痰祛湿的二至导痰方中药对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者内分泌水平、体重指数(BMI)及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法：PCOS患者随机分为两组，对照组于月经第3天服达英-35，二甲双呱，研究组同时加服中药二至导痰方，连用3个月，观察治疗前后两组患者内分泌5项、BMI、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和餐后2h胰岛素变化情况。结果：研究组和对照组LH水平较治疗前明显降低，两组治疗后比较，研究组LH明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。FSH、E2、T和PRL与治疗前比较以及两组治疗后比较均无统计学差异。两组治疗后服糖2h后胰岛素水平均较治疗前下降，且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后BMI明显降低，与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)；两组患者空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素治疗前、后比较无明显差异。结论：补肾活血、化痰祛湿的二至导痰方联合达英-35、二甲双呱可以降低PCOS患者BMI、LH水平，服糖后2h胰岛素，效果优于单一运用西药，提示二至导痰方可以调节PCOS患者紊乱的内分泌水平和改善胰岛素抵抗情况。

Influence of Kidney-Nourishing and Phlegm-Resolving Drugs on
Endocrine of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Abstract:Objective:The influence of Erzhi Daotan prescription on endocrine, BMI and insulin resistance of PCOS patients was discussed. Methods:PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Diane-35 and Metformin. Besides the two drugs, the treatment group was given Erzhi Daotan prescription. The treatment course lasted for 3 months. Five indexes of endocrine, BMI, FBG, fasting insulin and PBF were observed.Results:The level of LH in control and treatment group was obviously decreased after treatment. And the LH level in treatment was obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The comparison of levels of FSH, E2, T and PRL before and after treatment and between the two groups had no significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, BMI in treatment group was obviously decreased than that before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). FBG and fasting insulin in two groups before and after treatment had no obviously difference. Conclusion: Erzhi Daotan prescription with Diane-35 and Metformin can decrease BMI and LH of PCOS patients, and PBG was better controlled than treated with single western medicine, indicating Erzhi Daotan prescription can regulate the endocrine and insulin resistance of PCOS patients ......
