黄芪注射液对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎肺损伤的影响(1)

     摘 要:目的:探讨黄芪注射液对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)肺损伤的防治作用及其可能机制。方法:将96只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、SAP组及黄芪低、高剂量组,各组再分制模后6、9、12h 3个时间点,每个时间点8只。通过逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠建立SAP肺损伤大鼠模型。各组于相应时间点处死大鼠,取肺组织检测内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,并观察胰腺、肺组织病理改变。结果:与假手术组比较,SAP组各时间点ET、NO含量均明显升高而CGRP含量明显下降(P<0.01)。与SAP组比较,黄芪低、高剂量组ET、NO含量均明显下降而CGRP含量明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);且胰腺和肺组织损伤程度也较SAP组减轻。黄芪低、高剂量组间ET、NO、CGRP含量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液对大鼠SAP肺损伤具有一定防治作用,其机制可能与调节NO、ET、CGRP含量有关。

    Effects of Huangqi Injection on Severe Acute Pancreatitis-Associated Lung Injury in Rats

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate the preventive and therapeutic role of Huagnqi injection on severe acute pancreatitis-associated lung injury in rats and assess its possible mechanism. Methods:Ninety-six Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation group,SAP group,Huagnqi low dose group and Huagnqi high dose group,and each group was respectively subdivided into three groups,6-,9- and 12-hour groups(each,n=8). SAP-associated lung injury animal model was induced by reverse injection of sodium taurocholate into the pancreatic duct. 6,9 and 12 hours after model establishment,the rats were sacrificed in the respective groups,the changes of ET,NO and CGRP in lung tissues,and the pathology of pancreas and lung were investigated. Results:Compared with sham operation group,SAP group showed a significant increase in the levels of ET and NO,and a significant decrease in the levels of CGRP at 6,9 and 12 hours(P<0.01). Compared with SAP group,Huagnqi low and high dose groups showed a significant decrease in the levels of ET and NO,and a significant increase in the levels of CGRP(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the pathological changes of pancreas and lung in Huagnqi low and high dose groups had lower levels(P<0 ......
