【摘要】目的：探讨应用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法：选取36例嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的患者，采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗。结果：术后3天结石清除率为100%(36/36)。结论：微创经皮肾穿刺取石治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石损伤小、结石清除率高。

    Minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for impacted upper ureteric calculi

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect of the minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) in the management of impacted upper ureteric calculi.Methods:A total of 36 patients were diagnosed as suffering from impacted upper ureteric calculi.All of them received MPCNL.The clearance rate of stone was recorded in 3 days after operation.Results:After MPCNL,the clearance rate of stone was 100%(36/36) in 3 days after operation.Conclusion:MPCNL is regarded as a minomally invasive and high clearance rate method for impacted upper ureteric calculi. ......
