【摘要】目的：探讨抚触配合穴位按摩对剖宫产儿生长发育的影响。方法：将87例足月剖宫产儿随机分为对照组28例、单纯抚触组29例、抚触配合穴位按摩组30例，对照组予以常规护理，抚触组在常规护理基础上给予传统正规的标准抚触方法，抚触配合穴位按摩组，除给予常规护理外，将穴位按摩手法融入标准抚触方法中进行按摩。观察三组剖宫产儿出生后1个月及4个月身长、体重、头围变化。结果：抚触配合穴位按摩组剖宫产儿身长、体重、头围分别与单纯抚触组、对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论：抚触配合穴位对剖宫产儿生长发育具有明显的促进作用。
