软坚胶囊的制备及临床应用
【摘要】目的：探讨软坚胶囊的制备工艺及临床疗效观察。方法：软坚胶囊与骨刺灵丸对照治疗。结果：治疗组187例中，痊愈90例，显效76例，有效17例，总有效率97.86%;对照组87例，痊愈26例，显效29例，有效18例，总有效率83.91%。结论：该制剂处方合理，稳定性好，质量容易控制，疗效确切。

现代医学认为，红花、丹参具有活血通络，散瘀止痛的作用。川芎具活血行气，去风止痛之功效，可用于风湿痹通。骨碎补具补肾强骨，续伤止痛的功效。鸡血藤能补血，活血，通络，用于麻木瘫痪，风湿痹痛。 实践证明，软坚胶囊对骨质增生的治疗效果显著，疼痛复发率低，且观察到9例骨刺消失的现象，如何能使这一作用增强，尚需进一步研究。
