【摘要】目的：探讨对脑立体定向活检手术患者的适应性问题的护理。 方法：应用Roy护理程序分析立体定向活检手术患者在生理需要、自我概念、角色功能和相互依赖4个方面的适应性问题及护理对策。结果：护士对患者存在的适应性问题有较全面的把握，患者适应性良好，能够较好的配合手术。结论：应用Roy 护理程序，从整体出发，可以促进患者的适应性反应。
