【摘要】目的：探讨椎间盘镜(MED)镜下椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的技术要点及临床效果。方法：回顾性分析采用MED治疗的72 例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料及治疗效果。结果：72 例得到随访，随访时间为2～24个月，平均12.8个月。依据Machnab标准：优41例、良23例、可5例、差3例，优良率达88.9%，未出现椎间隙感染及椎体滑脱。结论：采用MED治疗损伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快，符合椎间盘手术微创化趋势。
