【摘要】目的：探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术对泪囊腔大小、范围、部位的把握以及用简便方法吻合泪囊鼻黏膜瓣。方法：通过由泪点注入金霉素眼膏来显示泪囊的解剖部位、大小、范围；用电凝吻合泪囊鼻黏膜瓣。结果：36例患者(40眼)术后随访半年，治愈75%，显效15%，无效10%，总有效率90%。结论：用金霉素眼膏指引确定泪囊的部位、大小、范围效果良好，电凝吻合泪囊鼻黏膜方法简便效果较好。
