【摘要】目的：探讨先天性上睑下垂矫正术后失败原因。方法：对137例(152眼)行先天性上睑下垂矫正术病人，术后随访6个月~1年。结果：先天性上睑下垂矫正术后失败病例共41例(47眼)，发生率29.93%(30.92%)，提上睑肌缩短术25例(27眼)，发生率26.60%(23.48%)，额肌悬吊术16例(20眼)，发生率37.2%(42.55%)。结论：术前详细的检查，制定合理的手术方式，术中避免多余操作及不必要的损伤，术后及时处理并发症是预防术后矫正不足、过度矫正的关键。
