[摘 要] 目的 深入研究骨科创伤的患者所诱发的血栓栓塞与肺动脉栓塞，从而思 考对其发病原因、临床特点、高危因素与病死率的早期治疗和预防。方法全面统计本院的血栓病例，开展研究。结果 血栓栓塞4例，共占并发症 中的11.11%；肺动脉栓塞6例，共占16.67%，且全部死亡。结论 年龄超 过50岁，且存在引发的血栓症的各因素的患者发病率较其他患者显著增高。
