【摘要】目的：分析应用动力髋螺钉(Dynamic Hip Screw DHS)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：对我院从2001年1月～2007年12月用DHS内固定治疗21例股骨粗隆间骨折的分类、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行评价，平均随访10个月。结果：所有病例术后全部随访，骨折愈合，患髋关节功能优良率达95.2%，疗效肯定。结论：DHS内固定是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

    【Abstract】Objective: To analyse the curative effects of DHS internal fixation in treating intertrochanteric fractures.Method:To assess the classification,operative methods,post-operative treatment and curative effects of 21 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated with DHS internal fixation in our hospital from January,2001 to December,2007.The average follow-up period was ten months.Results:the curative effects are definite since all cases being followed up,all fractures get healed ,the excellent rate of joint function was 95.2%.Conclusion:Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with DHS internal fixation is an ideal method. ......
