【摘要】目的：深入探讨大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗加高位结扎的效果。方法：对我院近4年来采用大隐静脉高位结扎加激光治疗的下肢静脉曲张37例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：本组均治愈。仅3例发现皮肤灼伤，16例有静脉炎表现，3个月都恢复正常。结论：大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗加高位结扎的效果是满意的，实用性强，具有安全、微创、瘢痕小和恢复快的优点。
