【摘要】硫酸软骨素(CS)除了具有较高的药理活性,而且作为药用辅料在制剂研发中也有较高的研究价值。本文对CS作为制剂添加剂、高分子载体等方面在药物制剂中的研究进行了综述,并对其研发趋势进行了展望。
