【摘要】回顾56例小切口手术修补老年性腹股沟疝的护理措施及护理经验,主要包括一般护理、心理护理、手术前的合并症的评估及护理指导,术后护理、出院指导。结果56例患者手术效果良好,认为术前正确的病情评估和术后精心护理同样重要,都为患者早日康复提供有力的保障。

    Small incision’s surgical repair of inguinal hernia in elderly care

    【Abstract】recalling 56 cases of small incision’s surgical repair of inguinal hernia in elderly nursing measures and nursing experience,including general nursing,psychological care,the complications of pre-operative assessment and care guide,postoperative care,guidance and discharged. The results of 56 cases of patients with good effect consider that the right preoperative assessment and enjoyable condition’s care are equally important,which have a speedy recovery for the patients to provide strong protection.
